IT Technician working with people with a Visual and sight impairment.

RESPONSIBLE TO: Sustainability and Development Manager SALARY: Hours 22.5 hours per week. £24,302 Pro Rata Working hours will be flexible and include occasional meetings and events out of normal office hours, including evenings and weekends.

KVIN is a user led charitable incorporated organisation based in Huddersfield town centre. We support blind and visually impaired people live independent and healthy lives. We currently provide a programme of sessions and activities from our training room. We promote the use of technology and other daily living aids of benefit to people that are blind or visually impaired.

Volunteer & Event Co-ordinator.

Hours: 18.5 hours per week (negotiable) £24’302 Pro Rata

Working hours will be flexible and include occasional meetings and events out of normal office times, including evenings and weekends.

KVIN is a user led charitable incorporated organisation based in Huddersfield Town Centre we support blind and visually impaired people live independent and healthy lives. We currently provide a programme of sessions and activities from our Training Room that promote the use of technology and other daily living aids of benefit to blind and visually impaired people. Our Smart VIs project (lottery funded) is based on us recruiting visually impaired and sighted volunteers.
